Return & Refund Policy for edeal pay

At edeal pay, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and refund process to ensure your concerns are addressed quickly.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:

The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Damage, Defective , replacement and exchange product will be delivered in 5 -7 working days.

You received the wrong product, model, or quantity.

The item is not as described on our website.

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account at https://edealpay.com/

Go to My Orders > Request Return

Upload clear photos or videos showing the issue (defect/damage/mismatch)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.

3. Refund or Replacement Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are credit  within 7 business days after the return is approved.


For UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking payments, the refund is typically credited within 1–2 business days after processing.
